Nursing Supervisor (PRN/Nights)

Job Summary
Oversees nursing staff on PRN night shifts, assesses patients' needs, provides direct nursing care, and plans/trains unit staff; participates in guidance and educational programs to support a coordinated rehabilitation-focused nursing team. Requires current RN licensure and BLS certification (in-person) and CRRN or a plan to obtain it. Inpatient rehabilitation experience and prior supervisory experience are preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills essential for guiding staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- BLS certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross not acceptable if online
- CRRN or plan to obtain when qualified
