Nursing Supervisor (PRN/Days)

Job Summary
Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients' needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs. Pursues a total rewards package including health and wellness coverage, retirement plans, and opportunities for progression. Minimum qualifications include active RN licensure, BLS certification, and CRRN or a plan to obtain it; inpatient rehabilitation experience and supervisory experience are preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA and/or Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
- CRRN or plan to obtain CRRN when qualified
Desired Qualifications
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict timeframes
