Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem

Manage nursing staff and oversee daily operations during PRN shifts, including creating schedules, assigning tasks, and handling staffing levels. Monitor patient care, assist with complex cases, and ensure compliance with medical protocols while bridging the gap between bedside nurses and administration. Enforce policies, resolve conflicts, manage unit resources, and update records. Requires an active Registered Nurse license in PA, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and at least three years of staff nurse experience. Preferred qualifications include prior charge nurse or supervisory experience.
