Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor for the PRTF program in Portland, Oregon responsible for monitoring and coordinating medical services for residents, supervising the nursing department, ensuring licensing guidelines compliance, coordinating admissions and annual exams, overseeing medication administration and MAR review, collaborating with the treatment team, providing staff training, and supporting nursing internship coordination. Requires RN licensure, at least 5 years of related experience, First Aid/CPR/CPI/Infection Control certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 5 years related experience, preferably in a residential setting
- First Aid/CPR/CPI/Infection Control certification
- Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
