Nursing Supervisor, LPN/LVN, Hourly

Manage LPN/LVN staff and oversee medication administration, physical exams, and treatment procedures in collaboration with a Registered Nurse. Coordinate facility staff assignments, evaluate performance, and monitor client health to ensure regulatory compliance. Schedule medical appointments, perform quarterly and annual physicals, and maintain accurate medical documentation. Supervise intake of pharmacy deliveries, monitor assigned budgets, and manage employee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions. Travel as needed for assignments.
