Nursing Supervisor (LPN)

Job Summary
Respond immediately to residents' requests and supervise nursing care services and staff across all units during assigned shifts. Actively promote facility safety programs and assume responsibility for nursing services when the Assistant Director of Nursing Services or Director of Nursing Services is absent. May serve as the Infection Preventionist Nurse while ensuring the health and well-being of residents. Requires a state license, two years of nursing experience, one year in leadership, and current BLS/CPR certification. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required for safe interaction with residents, coworkers, and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a state license in applicable state
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Current BLS/CPR
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
Desired Qualifications
- Interest or experience in geriatrics
- Experience with dementia population
