Nursing Supervisor / Hospital Operations Coordinator (RN) Levindale

Conduct ongoing rounding, clinical monitoring, and resource support across all units while performing rapid assessments and triage for emerging patient concerns. Recognize early signs of deterioration to initiate escalation, responding to all Rapid Response and Code Blue events. Partner with unit teams to ensure safe care delivery, support individualized care plans, and assist with 24-hour patient reporting and clinical handoffs. Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader during assigned shifts, documenting activity and incidents accurately while upholding professional nursing standards. Maintain active ACLS certification and guide clinical teams in best practices and competency development.
