Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor in Altoona, WI overseeing nursing operations for a licensed facility. Responsibilities include completing initial and ongoing resident assessments, handling admissions, monitoring medications and health status, updating care plans, arranging doctor appointments and transportation, performing nursing procedures, scheduling and supervising staff in the director's absence, monitoring TB tests, and staying compliant with regulations. Requires an active Wisconsin RN or LPN license, 3-5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills. BSN preferred. Location-specific details: Altoona, WI.
Required Qualifications
