Job Summary
Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight for all facility services during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Serve as the clinical resource for patient care, representing the team to medical staff, ancillary support, and clinical services to ensure optimal conditions. Notify the Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and internal or external disasters. Maintain Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts and hold Basic Life Support certification. Manage a 32-hour rotating schedule with an annual salary range of $106,995.20 to $155,542.40. Requires five to seven years of clinical nursing experience and two to three years of lead nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts]
- Clinical nursing experience 5-7 years
- Lead nursing experience 2-3 years
- Strong organizational and problem-solving/issue-resolution skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop and implement strategies for addressing them
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all professional and support staff
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong leadership abilities to provide guidance, mentorship, and education to others
