Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor (RN) oversees daily operations and supervision of patient care areas, provides leadership during evenings/nights/weekends, coordinates staffing and patient flow, responds to emergencies, and coaches staff to uphold nursing standards and patient care quality. Requires NH RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, BSN preferred, 3+ years acute care, and leadership experience. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, coordination of staffing and bed management, and adherence to hospital policies while promoting the organization’s mission and patient care excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice in New Hampshire
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred or commensurate education and experience
- American Heart Association BLS/ACLS/PALS or equivalent
- MOAB is required within 1 year
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care clinical experience
- Previous supervisory/ leadership experience preferred
