Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor responsible for supervising nursing staff, assessing patient needs, and providing nursing care. Plans and organizes training for unit staff and participates in guidance and educational programs. Requires RN license and BLS; CRRN or plan to obtain CRRN planned. Inpatient rehabilitation experience and supervisory experience are desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet strict timeframes. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- CRRN or plan to obtain CRRN when qualified
