Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor responsible for supervising nursing staff, assessing patient needs, providing nursing care, and planning/organizing unit staff training; participates in guidance and educational programs. Requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and either CRRN or a plan to obtain it. Desired experience includes inpatient rehabilitation and supervisory roles. Candidate should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, time-management, prioritization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while contributing to a collaborative, comprehensive rewards package at Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
- CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
Desired Qualifications
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
