Nursing Supervisor

Schedule nurses' shifts and assign them to patients to ensure smooth nursing operations. Ensure operational standards are met by enforcing policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics while evaluating nurses' performance and training new team members. Handle complaints, inform family members about medical procedures, and keep records of files and cases. Establish a compassionate environment through psychological support for patients and their families. This role requires a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with proven team management skills and problem-solving abilities to oversee the nursing team at our Long-Term Care facility.
