Job Summary
Provide direct oversight and mentorship of the nursing team to foster accountability and continuous growth while delivering day-to-day operational support to keep workflows efficient. Maintain an active role in patient care through the nursing schedule, performing triage, providing health education, and communicating treatment plans per provider direction. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in vaccine and medication management. Support supply management to maintain well-stocked clinical operations. This Nursing Supervisor leads under the Director of Nursing to implement Patient-Centered Medical Home standards across the practice.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted SC nursing license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A genuine commitment to patient-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience
- Experience in an ambulatory, primary care, or medical home setting
