Nursing Supervisor, Acute Care

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Lead daily unit operations by creating shift assignments, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience including prior leadership responsibilities. Schedule includes nights, 3x12 shifts for a full-time, permanent position at a facility near Miles City, Montana.
