Job Summary
Manage daily staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage while providing hands-on nursing care to meet residents' medical needs. Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, document evaluations, and assist in developing personalized treatment plans that adhere to facility policies. Lead and supervise nursing staff through ongoing education, recruitment, and retention efforts, while addressing resident and family concerns through professional conflict resolution. Drive continuous improvement by implementing new ideas and supporting a results-driven management team. This role requires at least one year of nursing administration experience and the ability to work weekends. Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability
- Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
