Job Summary
Conduct individualized academic coaching and support for nursing students while identifying at-risk individuals using performance data to implement targeted remediation plans. Coordinate NCLEX-RN preparation strategies including workshops, practice exams, and review sessions, and monitor standardized assessment performance to provide targeted assistance. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and support services to foster an inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. Design and implement success offerings such as tutoring, academic workshops, and peer mentoring based on data-driven insights from academic performance trends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- active and unencumbered RN or APRN License in FL

- promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse
