Nursing Student (LPN) - Behavioral Health

Deliver safe patient care under the supervision of a licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process within the state board of nursing scope. Communicate changes in a patient's clinical condition, including vital signs and diagnostic results, to the supervising nurse and physician. Respond quickly to condition changes or treatment responses and document all relevant data in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team while maintaining accountability for assigned patients. Requires current BLS certificate and preferred ACLS; available for per diem shifts.
