Job Summary
Facilitate simulation-based experiences and labs, including equipment maintenance, supply ordering, set-up, and clean-up. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of NCLEX-RN concepts to provide academic support, assist in creating Next Generation NCLEX activities, and develop clinically based scenarios for high-fidelity patient simulators. Coordinate and supervise lab experiences while staffing open labs to provide individual or group tutoring and oversee remediation of technical nursing skills. Communicate and document student progress toward learning outcomes to academic leadership and participate in outreach to at-risk referrals. Maintain a current, unencumbered RN license and BLS CPR instructor certification. Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's Degree in Education or Nursing preferred. Salary range $70,000 to $87,000.

- 1+ year year experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring support

- Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange
- ACLS and /or PALS
