Nursing Student Apprenticeship - ICU Fall 2026

Assist in the delivery of nursing care under Registered Nurse supervision while following the nursing plan of care. Report interventions, changes, or relevant observations to the RN and serve as an integral resource for implementing clinical and technical aspects of care. Attune to individual patient needs, modifying the approach based on patient needs, age, and outcomes. Maintain visual, auditory, and verbal acuity with strong communication skills. Hold BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association prior to the first clinical shift. This apprenticeship is for students currently enrolled in the final semester of a nursing program and identified by their school as meeting program requirements for Fall 2026.
