Nursing Staff Scheduler

Coordinate nursing staff schedules to ensure quality resident care. Follows the master staffing schedule, communicates with the DON to maintain schedule accuracy, prepares daily staffing sheets with revisions, and manages attendance and paid time off for nursing staff. Maintains compliance with center policies, safety, infection control standards, and quality improvement programs; collaborates with agency and in-house pool to assign staff and ensure timely, organized operations. Performs related administrative staffing duties and supports general operational objectives to sustain high-quality resident care and a well-coordinated team.
