Nursing Skills Lab Coordinator

Oversees daily operations of the nursing skills laboratory, plans and coordinates lab activities, ensures safety and infection control, maintains equipment and supplies, develops curricula/resources, conducts remediation and assessments, coordinates with faculty, IT, and clinical partners, provides training to faculty, teaches nursing skills development aligned with ACEN/NLN/QSEN standards, participates in curriculum development and simulation scenarios, tracks student records and progress, ensures regulatory compliance with NYSED and nursing boards, travels to COHC lab sites as required, and engages in scholarly activity to keep current with best practices.
