Job Summary
Coordinate and maintain the Nursing Simulation Lab for the undergraduate program, including scheduling students in skills and simulation labs, ensuring student documentation and lab-readiness, updating the EHR in the simulation lab, and coordinating with faculty to design learning strategies. Facilitate faculty orientation to the simulation lab, develop dedicated lab time focused on student learning, and participate in Simulation Lab and Nursing Program Committee activities. Collaborate with other programs for inter-professional lab experiences, oversee inventory and supplies, supervise student workers, and support end-of-semester tasks and committee meetings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing,.Current NH RN license or eligibility, and two years of teaching skills and/or undergraduate nursing education experience; BLS/CPR certification; strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current NH RN license or eligibility
- Two years of combined experience in teaching skills and/or experience in clinical undergraduate nursing education preferred
- Strong computer skills and data management experience; familiarity with multiple software packages
- BLS/CPR certification
