Job Summary
The Nursing Services Manager oversees the Wellness Coordination program and supervises the nursing department, developing and monitoring medical policies to ensure licensure compliance and high-quality health care for individuals served. Responsible for growing Wellness Coordination services, supervising nursing staff, ensuring face-to-face visits and documentation per the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide, and providing leadership to area directors and nursing staff on medical issues, rules, and regulations governing care in programs, while aligning with the organization’s mission and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in the State of Indiana
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with Indiana license
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with individuals with intellectual, physical, and behavioral disabilities (nice to have)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership and direction in medical policies and procedures
- Experience ensuring compliance with licensure requirements
- Experience with wellness coordination or care management (nice to have)
