Job Summary
Lead nursing strategic planning, manage budgets and labor costs, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for Emergency, Critical Care, Dialysis, and In-Patient Care teams. Implement clinical governance, coordinate quality assurance initiatives, and prepare business cases for equipment purchases. Provide weekend and 24/7 on-call leadership support while fostering a collaborative culture aligned with hospital-wide goals. Requires full-time Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm schedule with weekend availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT)
- At least 5 years of experience working in veterinary clinical role with significant Emergency and Critical Care experience
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience in a leadership role (lead, supervisor, manager)
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading)
- Weekend Availability as needed
- 24/7 on-call leadership support
