Job Summary
Nursing Service Coordinator to roster nursing and allied health services, support a team of nurses to ensure the right employee is assigned to the right client at the right time; manage stock levels of nursing equipment and supplies; liaise with external providers. Full-time role based at the South West Regional Office in Geelong, enabling patient-centered care and collaborative service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing or Allied Health experience desirable
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid Certificate including CPR
