Job Summary
Coordinate and track regularly scheduled Amerita nursing visits for field and AIS staff. Secure home health agency resources for patient visits when Amerita nurses are unavailable. Communicate patient demos, infusion orders, and assignment updates to field nurses while triaging calls from patients, providers, and internal partners. Confirm and reconfirm authorizations, review nursing notes in Alayacare, and manage subcontract billing and invoices. Assign patient risk codes for new patients and maintain credential files for outside agencies. Collaborate with Intake, Sales, and Pharmacy to schedule visits and orders. Work Mon-Fri 0800-1700 with occasional Saturday and Sunday on-call duty.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- **To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally crouching, stooping, and bending. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**
