Job Summary
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities, while administering prescribed medications and treatments focused on cardiac care. Prepare equipment and aid physicians during cardiac-related procedures, maintaining awareness of patient comfort and safety. Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols, documenting nursing history and physical assessments for assigned telemetry patients. Initiate individualized patient education plans regarding cardiac health and lifestyle modifications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control guidelines. Requires one year of recent Stepdown RN experience, PCCN certification, and a valid Missouri RN license. Required Qualifications

- 13-week travel assignment
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) Certification
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position

- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
