Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in nursing science
• •Multi-state RN license
• •Two (2) years minimum director of nursing experience
• •Expert in long-term care
• •Expert in quality assurance programming and operationalization of the program at a facility and executive scope
• •Must be able to effectively communicate horizontally and vertically across the organization
• •Must be able to accurately articulate, write, and express concerns and interests to the director of quality assurance or other leadership
• •Must be able to escalate material into a timely solution
• •Must be able to integrate workflow strategies into various software's
• •Must be able to extract meaningful KPI's from the systems you utilize
• •Must be able to develop goals and objectives for the department
• •Must be able to motivate and manage care team members
• •Must be able to successfully complete facility required training
• •Must be able to participate in the development and delivery of educational content
• •Must be able to report any allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property, exploitation, or mistreatment of residents
• •Must be able to report any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and/or hazardous chemicals
• •Must be able to participate in all life safety and emergency drills and trainings
• •Must be able to report work-related injuries and illnesses immediately
• •Must be able to follow established infection control policies and procedures
• •Must be available for extensive travel
• •Must be able to cover multiple states
• •Must be able to stay in accommodations such as a hotel many times in a calendar year
• •Must be able to interact with culinary services weekly
• •Must be able to interface with compliance once a month
