Job Summary
Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the pediatric home setting, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, G-tube feedings, and continuous respiratory assessment. Administer medications, monitor respiratory status, perform suctioning and emergency airway management, and document care while collaborating with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and the care team. Shifts include five 7AM-7PM days and two 7PM-7AM nights; part-time roles for RN or LPN with Georgia license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN or LPN License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
