Job Summary
Lead the service to deliver against key performance indicators, ensuring the efficient and safe running of the inpatient department. Manage the department skill mix, provide mentorship and clinical supervision, and handle recruitment, induction, and performance reviews. Resolve patient complaints, maintain staff files, and ensure compliance with GDPR and healthcare standards. Manage stocks, conduct audits, and develop action plans based on findings. Work with the Business Development Team to attract consultants and promote best practice with external organizations.
