Job Summary
Nursing Manager for the RTF unit overseeing delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care. Leads a team of nursing staff, ensures adherence to care protocols and regulatory standards, develops and implements nursing policies, performs regular quality and staff assessments, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to tailor individualized treatment plans, and manages unit operations including staffing schedules, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
