Job Summary
Nursing Manager responsible for leading a team of LPNs and RNs in a on-site, full-time role. Duties include overseeing nursing assessments and plans, evaluating delegation with the Medical Director, ensuring training completion, coordinating medical/clinical services, developing QA systems, and acting as a liaison with state and community health providers. Requires RN license, supervisory experience, CPR/First Aid, and ability to manage complex clinical needs for individuals with developmental disabilities, substance use issues, and behavioral challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with current state RN license
- Minimum of five years of experience with medically/behaviorally complex individuals; children with special needs preferred
- One year of supervisory experience
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and lead a nursing team
