Nursing Manager RN- Surgery OR

Direct patient care direction in the perioperative environment, managing staff across all Perioperative Departments. Consult with staff, physicians, and the Nurse Executive on nursing issues and hospital policy interpretation to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and assist with departmental budget formulation. Requires a current RN license, BSN, two years of surgical nursing experience, and supervisory background. Full-time day shift at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL.
