Job Summary
Oversee a team of LPNs and RNs by evaluating performance, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring required training is completed. Direct nursing assessments, diagnoses, plans, implementation, and evaluation while monitoring the delegation process with the Medical Director. Conduct medical assessments for referred individuals, coordinate nursing intake processes, and review all nursing-related care plans regularly. Lead clinical training, perform quality assurance audits, and develop systems to integrate community resources for high-risk medical conditions. Act as a liaison between state agencies and providers to expand care networks.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current state RN license
- Minimum of five years of experience working with medically and/or behaviorally complex individuals
- One year of supervisory experience
- Current driver's license
- Current car registration
- Current auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with others
- Well-organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks and workload
