Nursing Manager - ER

Manage day-to-day operations and direct, supervise, and evaluate staff in the ER. Enforce policies, procedures, and standards of operation while rendering comprehensive nursing care to meet patient physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and educational needs. Approve timekeeping, employee evaluations, supply orders, and department strategic planning to meet designated goals and regulatory standards. The role may include budgetary or fiscal accountability.
