Job Summary
Provide 24-hour, 7 days a week leadership for the Continuing Care Center by planning, organizing, and managing staff development, performance, quality, fiscal, and information systems while ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage the cost center within established budgets and collaborate with medical directors and disciplines to develop services and maintain quality standards. Access all Patient Health Information to support these operational goals.
