Job Summary
Nursing: LPN/RN responsible for assuring quality and continuity of resident care while supervising the nursing care team on a designated neighborhood/shift. Weekend night shift (10:45pm–7:15am) with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and transportation for residents, observing and communicating residents’ conditions to families and physicians, implementing and revising the care plan, and supporting interdepartmental relationships. Growth tracks available toward RN, Clinical Manager, or Administration. Strong tech/communication skills and attention to detail are required; licensure as LPN or RN is required. High school diploma or GED accepted; EHR proficiency and Microsoft Office skills expected.
