Job Summary
Provide safe, pleasant environments for residents and nursing personnel while supervising the designated neighborhood nursing care team. Initiate disciplinary procedures as needed, establish interdepartmental relationships, and arrange resident transportation to appointments. Observe and evaluate resident symptoms, update families and physicians, and plan, implement, and complete the resident's plan of care with continuous revisions. Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment using electronic health records and office systems. Work every other weekend from 10:45pm to 7:15am with a $6,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- LPN / RN Licensures
- Willingness to work every other weekend from 10:45pm to 7:15am
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year Clinical Experience (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in technology and systems management- Office Suite (Microsoft), POC, Electronic Health Records Systems
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills – able to communicate effectively with residents, families' interdisciplinary teams, and external partners both in person and over the phone
- Effective and Efficient- skilled in both verbal and written communication across diverse audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
