Nursing - LPN

Job Summary
Provide nursing care to members according to individual plans of care, physician's orders, and emergency needs. Monitor and document vital signs, report abnormalities to the Director of Nursing, and assist with daily functional activities including hygiene, meals, and ambulation. Administer medications with appropriate certification and supervision, while delivering health education to staff, members, and families. Communicate professionally with all stakeholders and collaborate on staff meetings and educational programs. Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and regulatory standards. Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available. Hourly pay with benefits including PTO, medical, vision, dental, and 401(k). Requires LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- LPN License
- CPR certification
- valid malpractice insurance policy if applicable
- At least 21 years of age
- Successful results of background check
- additional state-specific regulatory requirements where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting preferred
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred
- Strong communication and engaging interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds
- able to stand for an extended period while providing physical assistance to members
