Job Summary
Provide patient care under RN supervision by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Anticipate family needs proactively and individualize care plans according to patient requirements. Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and improve hospital throughput. Float between departments as needed based on staffing and patient care needs. Requires completion of fundamental nursing program or CNA experience, plus Basic Life Support RQI. Flexible scheduling includes 12-hour shifts with a 1-shift-every-6-week rotation.
