Nursing Intern - Medical Intermediate

Perform clinical procedures and provide direct and indirect patient care for assigned high-acuity medical short-stay patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Manage care for conditions including renal failure, confusion, heart failure, and observation while supporting the broader health care team. Execute technical tasks per unit competency validation, restricted from performing any licensed tasks. Requires enrollment in formal nursing school, a CNA certificate, or completion of internal training and fundamentals of care courses. Basic Life Support certification required. Position is PRN swing with year-round availability.
