Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care under supervision by assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and completing assigned orders. Observe and document patient status while reporting findings to preceptors. Support care plan development, assist with test results, and handle tasks including patient transport and environmental services. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- High school diploma/GED
- Accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer
