Job Summary
Perform clinical procedures and provide direct and indirect patient care for inpatients and outpatients post Cath and EP Lab procedures under RN supervision. Support the health care team by performing technical tasks per unit competency validation while managing stepdown patients with acute respiratory needs. Note: Interns are restricted from performing licensed tasks. This PRN swing role is for students currently enrolled in an accredited RN program with expected graduation in 2027/2028.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program
- Completed a Fundamentals of Nursing course
- Completed a Med Surg course
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Expected graduation date in 2027/2028
