Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Women's Care and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education through clinical orientation. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and point-of-care safety while adhering to AWHONN and AACN standards. Full-time nights shift with 72 hours per pay period; pay ranges from $42.90 to $66.50 hourly based on experience. ADN or BSN required with two years of nursing experience and current BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- ADN, BSN required for hires/transfers after 1/1/15
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role
