Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a nursing home, ensuring meals meet dietary needs and preferences; maintain a clean, organized kitchen following health and safety standards; collaborate with the dietary team to develop seasonal menu plans and special dietary options; manage inventory and ordering to support efficient food production and minimize waste; provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff; shifts are 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm with every other weekend.
