Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance for a 150-bed skilled nursing facility. Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical, allied health, and non-clinical support staff while developing and executing strategies for operational excellence and business growth. Manage 24-hour accountability for high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Build relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of operation
- Proven experience as an LNHA skilled nursing facility
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of care in Long-Term Care
- Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
