Job Summary
Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals, build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care, and lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution. Manage staffing through hiring, coaching, and performance management, ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved. Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget while serving as the face of the facility with residents, families, and referral sources. Requires minimum one year of successful SNF Administrator experience, an active Utah NFA/NHA license, and a Bachelor's degree.

- Strong marketing instincts and referral relationship development
- Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Current Texas NFA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of successful SNF Administrator experience
- Strong attention to detail and financial management capability
- Active Utah NFA/NHA license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business preferred)
