Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a 208-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, partnering closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial goals. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintaining continuous survey readiness. Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on CMS Quality Measures, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence, supporting census development and cultivating strong relationships with residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners. Lead teams through change while maintaining stability and communication for residents with complex medical, behavioral health, dementia, and psychiatric needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or senior leader within a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and improving operational and clinical performance
- Strong understanding of the state survey process, CMS regulations, regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and Quality Measures
- Exceptional leadership, communication, financial management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with residents with behavioral health conditions, psychiatric disorders, dementia, and complex medical needs
