Job Summary
Oversee health center operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring quality of care, resident rights, and fiscal stability. Manage direction, coordination, and supervision of all activities within the community, including daily rounding on residents and staff. Collaborate on annual budgeting, recruit personnel, and participate in training, supervision, and discipline of direct reports. Serve as a liaison between the community and outside agencies, maintain required records, and act as a catalyst for quality improvement. Perform performance evaluations and promote effective marketing to meet occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator's state licensure or ability to obtain (based on state of operation)
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field (nursing, healthcare administration, social service) preferred
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Nursing Home Administrator preferred
- Three years experience in Long Term Care or healthcare preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
